Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. Duties: - Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system - Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to recommend appropriate products and services - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in cash handling procedures and attention to detail in financial transactions - Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is preferred but not required - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system for sales transactions - Effective negotiation and communication skills to upsell products and services - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus - Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers This is a full-time position offering competitive pay.
